Hi @Renomichael. You can find information on what to do if your Ring device was stolen in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003475783-What-to-do-After-the-Theft-of-Your-Ring-Device). I'd recommend reviewing the information there before attempting to remove the Contact Sensor from your Ring app, as you may need some information about the Sensor that you can find in the Ring app.To remove a Contact Sensor you're no longer in possession of, follow these steps: - Tap the Menu in the top left.- Tap Devices. - If you have a Ring Doorbell or Security Camera, tap on the Alarm Base Station to bring up a list of your Alarm Devices. - Tap on the Contact Sensor you wish to remove. - Tap Device Settings.- Tap Advanced Options under Tools and choose the Remove Failed Device option. I hope this information helps! :)
