Base Station Low Battery
Our Ring Base Station is giving an audible "Low Battery, Low Battery" alert several times a day. The Ring app Devices/Base Station shows a green icon for connected to ac power. How can the battery be replaced and what battery to use?

Hi @REB42. Have you checked your individual alarm devices, like your Keypad and Sensors, to see if those have a low battery at all? The Base Station may be speaking for any other devices. If you look and all battery levels for all devices are fine, please reach out to our support team [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Get-in-Touch).
