Alarm history download

Question

I see posts that there is not an option to download the alarm base station history, but is that something Ring support can do?  I am needing the events related to cellular backup to show the internet service company about their service.  This would be very helpful in obtaining service credits from the internet service.

Hi @user68121. No, there is no way to download the Event History for the Ring Alarm system. The history is automatically deleted over time as new events are logged. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope you are able to reach a resolution with your internet service provider.
