Alarm didn't trigger in away mode

My alarm didn't trigger when I came home (first time I've set it) and looks like it wasn't picking up motion either. does it do that often?

Hi there, @Royhutchy! The Motion Detector should certainly trigger your Alarm when armed in away mode. The only instances where this might not happen is if you've bypassed your Motion Detector while arming, or if you removed it from the armed mode options. I recommend checking any modes or entry delay options for this motion detector. Try also testing the Motion Detector by arming in away via the Ring app, and while the Motion Detector is idol (hasn't picked up motion).
