1st generation keypad

keypad has been charging for more than 24 hrs. Should charge in no more than 7 hrs. What is the problem?

    Hey @Chazzy. The Keypad should be fully charged after about 8 hours of charging when it is plugged into a standard wall outlet. What lights are you seeing on the Keypad while it is plugged in? Feel free to share a picture so I can get a better idea of what you're seeing on your end.
