Hi I’ve tried the online chat to ask this question but had no luck. Does anyone know how many devices are covered in a basic plan? How many are covered on a standard plan?

24/7 Recording on battery power
We have just upgraded our plan in order to have 24/7 Recording however the app will not allow 24/7 Recording on battery cameras (even though they are connected to solar power). Is there a way we can override this? If not we have no use for the premium plan as the only difference was 24/7 Recording.

Tegui T75-E
The Ring Intercom appears to have compatibility issues with Tegui 75-E model in dual doorbell systems, such as setups with both a main entrance and a secondary door. Is there an update planned to resolve this? Thanks
