Hi @user_9cf338. The time on your video should reflect the time zone you are in. Can we have some more information about this concern? What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? What is your location - as in, do you live in one time zone and work in another? Can you share a video of this event and the correct time it should be? What is the time on your Event History or History on Ring.com? Thank you for this information.
