Wired video doorbell old chime is not working

Hi my old chime is not ringing I connected the small wire to front and trans connection but no sound

    Hi @Bghauri. Can you give us some more information to better assist you? What type of doorbell do you have? What model chime kit do you have? Does this installation require a Pro Power Kit? What chime kit selection do you have in the Ring app under the General Settings menu?
