WIFI Connection

Question

After 4 months my door bell dropped the WIFI and I have not been able to reconnect. I pushed the orange button and it does not spin. Also have turned power off for 10 minutes and reset the WIFI and router. How do i get it working'

Hey @bob1961. I'm not sure what model Doorbell you have, but I can give some general tips and tricks to help you get it back online. First, try to press and hold the orange button for 20 seconds, then release. This will reset your Doorbell. Allow 1 minute for the Doorbell to reboot, then [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi. You'll want to make sure that your battery is fully charged and that you are close to your wifi router for best results. I hope this helps!
