Wifi problems/will not connect Factory reset solves it! Hold down the orange button until it lights blue/white. She will talk to you. Your going to get a message to your phone saying its outdated. Don’t worry its going to update its self👍🏾

Thanks @K_K_Allen1! This will definitely help other neighbors with a similar concern. Any neighbors with a wifi connection concern who have already attempted common troubleshooting steps and checking their wifi signal strength, or [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), a reset is a great next step. This is done by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Thanks again, neighbor, for sharing this! :)
