Ring Video Doorbell
White light stays on--will not reset or connect
My Ring Doorbell has worked perfect up until last night. I plugged it in to charge and the white light came on and tayed on-- It is NOT hardwired, and never has been. I try to reset it but the light cuts off and immediately back on. Please help!!

I called the number you gave, and spent 30 minutes arguing with a rep who was trying to get me to remove the battery on my doorbell...i advised him that mine does not have a removable battery. Very dissatified with this. I would think that the tech support would know more about the product they are troubleshooting. I still do not have my issue fixed.

C@Jessjones6136 My apologizes that this was your experience with support, I'm happy to help more on this. Is the Doorbell showing as online in your app? What happens when you try to reconnect it, if it is showing as offline? I also apologize in advanced, as this is a neighbor to neighbor support forum, so you will need to tell me what you see with your device and in the app so I can help from here!
