What to do with the pro power kit when downgrading from Pro to basic doorbell

I have a wired ring doorbell pro that recently stopped working, and the pro power kit is installed in my wired chime. If I’m downgrading the doorbell from a pro to a basic ring video doorbell, do I need to uninstall the ring pro power kit?
