I have the Video Doorbell Pro which is wired for power then goes through Wi-Fi, and it's worked OK for a few years. Every once in a while, it loses connectivity, and I need to reset it. Last night we had a story and Spectrum lost internet for several hours. As a result for whatever reason when internet came back online, I lost 2 of my wireless cams but also the Video Doorbell Pro. I was able to reconnect to the wireless cameras no issue, but I cannot for the life of me get the Video Doorbell Pro working again. I have gone through the steps on the app. I have powered it down for 10 minutes to try again. I have even REMOVED it from my account and tried to reconnect it. What happens is when it goes into "WHITE SPINNING MODE" it does its intro message of "Welcome to Ring. . . " but before that intro even complete it says, "SETUP DID NOT COMPLETE" and just sits there. I have tried a hard reset as well. Quite frankly I am ready to yank it out of the wall and throw it out, but maybe somebody has an idea that I am missing. I'm almost at the point where I am going to hook up my wired doorbell again and just put a stick up camera above the door. Thanks in advance for any assistance. PS the voltage is also hovering at 18.75 VAC
