Water on lens

I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of trying to remove water that has gotten inside my ring doorbell. I have used a hair dryer and it is now going on 48 hours in a bag of rice. While most of the water is gone, it’s remaining on the actual lens and is making the camera feed blurry and foggy. Please help.
