How can I view my recent video history before subscribing to the basic plan? My free trial recently ran out. Am I able to view my video history after the free trial expired now that I subscribed?

Hi @Sherria17. Since your free trial expired and you no longer have an active Ring Protect plan subscription, you won't be able to view any previously recorded events. If you resubscribe to a Ring Protect plan, any events recorded after the subscription is purchased will be available to view. I hope that helps answer your questions. :)
