Video Doorbell - Reset and Reinstall

After a Reset button push, and many failed attempts to reconnect. My question is as follows:Can I just go thru the setup process again to make that connection?Note: I DID NOT remove the Doorbell from MY account, it still shows on the Dashboard as being "offline"

Hi @user58587. Yes, you can reconnect your Doorbell to your wifi while it is still on your account. This Help Center [page](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi) will show you the steps on how to do so.
