Video doorbell pro 2 and Galaxy S21 Ultra

Ok here goes, after this latest update the live view is only fisheye now and not full screen on my phone 🤬🤬 can someone please tell me why???And second why does live view not work when using mobile data on the ring pro 2 with Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra but does work when on wifi? But works great on my old S10 on both??
