Video Doorbell not coming back on after charging

My doorbell battery went low and ever since it will not come back on. When I plug it up it looks like it has a full battery. But when I press the orange button to try and turn it back on nothing happens.

      I had the same issue and called support, had the guy walk me through resetting up the device and everything seems to work fine now. Hope this helps.

        Would love an answer to this myself. Only works whilst attached to charging cable, as soon as I remove cable it refuses to turn on or reset at all and cannot find a suitable reply to this issue.
