Video doorbell 3 plus battery charging

Hi, I purchased ring video doorbell 3 plus in USA and brought it to India. I want to know if I caan charge the battery with the supplied orange USB cable from a wall outlet giving input of 220 V AC. I can't find the information on the charger if input is 110V or 220V. Can someone guide me about this.
