Hi @Billmally. What specific model are these doorbells? How are the Motion Settings configured? It sounds like one may have a different Motion Frequency. If you want them both to record, you can always use the [Linked Devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025957012-Link-your-Ring-Devices) feature.
