Uploading photos and clips

Request to add feature for users to help those who post videos figure out, with software and abilities, better details within their pics/videos by allowing pic and video adding features for reviewers. This option is currently only available to those originally posting but not those with comments. Even if the helpful uploads required an approval method prior to post, would be acceptable. There are currently no RING provided editing tools/filters to help those who need it, so we users have to rely on third party software that not everyone has or knows how to use properly.
