Hi @Jim9. If you're trying to remove the Video Doorbell from your Ring account, you can do this with a few quick steps in the Ring App. Tap the menu in the top left > tap Devices > tap your Ring Doorbell > tap Device Settings > tap General Settings > tap Remove This Device. This will remove the Doorbell from your Ring account so it can be set up under a different Ring account if needed. I hope this helps. :)
