Unable to connect to my ring doorbell on app

I am the registered owner of my device however I am unable to connect to my ring doorbell via the app as it states I’m not the owner and just asks about setting up a new device. My Husband can not access on his phone either. The account settings has my name, email snd phone number.

    you might setup the device using a different email

      Im having the same issues, had a new phone and now it wont let me on to my doorbell even tho all my information is there
