Ring Video Doorbell
Two phones but only one delay.
I have a Samsung A33 5g phone and the notifications when someone presses the bell are very slow sometimes 2 minutes.
My partner has a Samsung M22 her notifications are almost instant I have reset the router re installed the app on my phone and re booted the doorbell made no difference.
Both phones are on the EE network and even with the phones side by side mine still has a big delay, I cant work out why my partners phone gets instant notifications and mine is delayed, any thoughts would be welcome.

Hi @user39430 Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. Have you also tried turning off the Wi-Fi on your phone to see if it does the same thing or vice versa?
