Trying to Change WiFi network but stymied by 5 digit code

We have a RING doorbell/Camera that has been installed since 2021.  The device works fine, but when I check the Wifi Connection signal strength it is generally in the low 60's.  Since we have some other devices that have some connection issues, I recently purchased and installed a WiFi extender.  I am now trying to connect the Doorbell to the 2.4Ghz band of the extender.  So within the App when I go to device health and change Network, the app ask for location info, and if I am close to the device.  Once I confirm that there is a White Circle on the device, the App asks for a 5 digit PIN located under a QR code.  I can't find a QR code anywhere on the device to find this PIN.  Do I have to dismantle the installation to get to this code?  Help.....

Hi @user_ossqb1. The 5 digit pin will be on the back of the device, next to the QR code. For some devices, you may need to dismount the device. If you have the original packaging, you can find it there.
