Time stamp is off by hours
The time stamps are 4 hours ahead. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing works. This is a potential safety risk. Please provide a fix.

Is this a recent change? I know that up until just recently the time stamp on my app matched the local time. Now it is 4 hours fast. When I log in here on my laptop, the time stamp is correct. This really needs to be put back to the app time matching your local time. The discrepancy makes the video unusable in the event of a crime or other issue. Thanks

I came here for this exact issue! I just noticed it. For example, the history of videos shows the correct time (e.g., 10 AM). However, when I open to view the video, the time shows 5 PM. Moderators? Can you please escalate? @Caitlyn_Ring @Tom_Ring @Chelsea_Ring I don't want to waste an hour plus on the phone with Ring Support with no resolution.... (I haven't been on the community in a while. Everything looks completely different....)

All my devices began this identical glitch this afternoon. 4 hrs ahead. Any remedy?

I've got this problem too. Both our phones, which suggests it's on your end, but I'm no expert. Doesn't matter how far back I look in my history, the times are 7 hours off. There was no problem with this back then, so it seems to me that time zones aren't currently being properly interpreted by Ring.

Same issue here too! All my recordings from July 3, are playing back as July 4 and apparently RING has no response. I was considering letting my subscription lapse. This might be my deciding factor.

Hey Neighbors. The videos you are viewing may seem like the timestamps are off because the timestamp is actually based off of UTC, or Coordinated Universal Time. I hope this clears up any confusion this may have caused.
