There appear to be 2 red and 2 white wires for my doorbell transformer

I’m having issues with my Ring Pro 2 getting power. I installed a Ring doorbell to replace the Vivint system the previous home owners had. It worked for a few days and now nothing. And it seems that I’ve blown at least two transformers over it now, all while troubleshooting with the Ring customer support team. Any help, tips, or explanations would be great. Oh and the house only has one doorbell location.
