The battery issue

Ive posted a few times with reference to our batteries not picking up in the app. Well, after a lot of my own testing and checking, it was absolutely nothing to with the our wifi, nothing to do with resets and ring updates. It is all down to the ring solar charger we purchased. I disconnected it and removed it from the doorbell and bingo, no problems. The solar charger was defective, and unfortunately out of warranty, so no replacement. Be aware if you have a solar charger and you begin to get battery not showing in the app issues.
