We have switched our internet service and now ring wants us to subscribe and pay when we did not before the last 4 years, is there a way around that

    Switching your ip providers should not effect your ring account, don't understand that ?

      Hi there. Correct. Switching your internet service has no affect on your Ring account. You can view your account status by logging in on Ring.com and clicking the Plans tab.
