Hi ring doorbell has stopped working, It’s hardwired I’ve undone it pressed the reset button gone from a flashing blue light to a solid white light tried to reconnect to WiFi just says unable to join. WiFi is fine with no changes and chime is still online.

Hi @user_8dc1d5. Have you walked through the steps to reconnect the Doorbell to wifi? You can also reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, try completing a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
