Solid white light; hard reset doesn’t work

Hi. We had a power outage a couple of days ago and since then our wired doorbell has not been able to connect to our Wi-Fi. The light is showing solid white. I have tried pressing and holding the Orange button but the light remains solid white and the device will not enter set-up mode in order to reconnect. Any ideas please?

Hi @TheRevJimJones. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? The Model name is found on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If you have a battery powered Doorbell that is connected to a doorbell circuit, it’s possible the battery needs to be charged if it’s not responsive. However, I’d also suggest trying a full reset by holding down the setup button for 20 full seconds. You should be able to walk through a new set up in the Ring app after that.
