Solid Whit light

Hi All, My Door bell wasn't working when someone pressed the button so I have removed it to recharge and reset it, since factory resetting it, the white light on the front now doesn't turn off. I let it die then recharged it, still the white light on it is solid on white and I can't get it off. I have now removed everything from the app, and need to re-add but I can't change the white solid light to spinning to allow the reset up. I have tried a reset and everything. Any help? it is not wired.
