Snow or Rain on one doorbell cam, not the other.

Blizzard or rainstorm on one ring doorbell camera (not the other). Isn’t raining, isn’t cold, isn’t foggy, isn’t pollen, isn’t an apocalyptic event of bugs, etc. Have yet to find an actual resolution from Ring on how to fix this. Isn't the WiFi - already have one that is fine. And the snowstorm one is closer to the modem. And also a brand new replacement only a week old as the other one lost battery after every 2 days with zero ‘events’. If there’s an obvious setting that users need to know - about the REAL snow effect - please share.
