Setup Issues

I recently got a new phone, and for some reason my email that I know I used with Ring said there was no account with that email, so I waited to transfer it. Over the past two days, I've tried to connect it to my new phone through setup, but the doorbell (wired) will blink in a full circle of white for a few minutes, then say 'welcome to ring' and then cut itself off, saying 'setup not complete'. I've tried everything. Taking it apart and back together, resetting the router, checking the transformer, deleting and reinstalling the app. No matter what I do, the Ring Doorbell is always blinking in a full circle and refuses to let me connect to its wifi (I'm using 2.4 GHz).
