Screwdriver only one-side and Screw missed

Question

I just bought Ring Doorbell 3.  The screwdriver is blue in color instead of orange and only has star-shaped screw However, the star-shaped screw is missing!!!

The torx screw is the security screw and it should already be installed in your Ring Doorbell 3. This screw is used to hold the Faceplate in place. :slightly_smiling_face:
