Screw hole template for Doorbells 3 and 4 vs. 2

I have a Video Doorbell 2 with a Solar Charger. I need to replace both with either a Doorbell 3 or 4 (and its respective solar charger). Can anyone tell me what the screw hole pattern is for any of these products (either doorbell or the solar chargers?). I called Ring and they do not seem to know... which is incomprehensible. They've suddenly made it very hard to buy their products. Thank you!
