Base station light ring spinning

Question

For the last several days the light ring is spinning (blue maybe whitish blue?) throughout most of the day. It will then randomly stop for awhile and then start spinning again. Everything appears to be working and I can’t figure out why it keeps spinning

My base station was doing the same thing.  I called customer service and some investigation they determined that the base station is continuiously trying to pair.  Ring is now sending me a new base station.
