Hi, I have a new latest gen hard wired doorbell powered from the ring supplied transformer which is only notifying the app perhaps 7/10 times when the bell is pushed. (i don't use motion notifications) The transformer voltage is showing good and wifi strength showing RSSI-54 in green in the app (its approx 5 metres from the router anyway). This is both when i'm at home showing full bars of wifi on my phone, and on 4G while away. I can hear the bell sound when pressed, the chime sounds, but quite often i get no notification to the app. I've obviously rebooted the doorbell and app. Any thoughts?

    Hi @user48323. If the Doorbell press is being recorded in the Ring app, then the issue is related specifically to the notifications. I'd suggesting trying those steps based on which type of smartphone you have. Additionally, ensure you have the latest version of the Ring app and your phone's software.       Hi Caitlyn, Yes all the button presses are logged in the history so its definitely an issue with push notifications.
