Ring Video doorbell2 setup issue(flashing blue light)setup failed
Trying to set up my doorbell 2 to my wi-fi. It gets to the "connecting to" step and the blue lights start circling and then start blinking. Then get "setup failed" on my iPad. Also tried from my iPhone from which the light just stay blinking whie around the circle. Since the light turns blue when setting up on the iPad I assume that the failure indications with the white light have already been passaed and are not the issue. Made sure battery was charged and have doe a hard reset twice. Also tried sitting just 5 feet from the router. Any suggestions please?

Since this thread is several years old, I will be closing it and any troubleshooting will proceed in the original post you created.
