Ring Video Doorbell
Ring Video Doorbell Pro2
Installed a wired Video Doorbell Pro2. No issues for about a week and then app showed the doorbell as offline. When i installed the Pro2 I attached the included Power Kit v3. I couldn't find the location of the transformer but house is less than 10 yrs old and verified sufficient voltage (19 vac) at the wiring. The mechanical chime still activates and chimes when pushing the doorbell button but no light indication on the doorbell. When attempting to factory reset after holding the orange reset button after approx. 5-6 seconds a red circle flashes for about half a sec and then nothing. If I'm interpreting that correct that's indicating no power but i've still got almost 19 volts at the doorbell itself but it will not reset and still shows as offline in the app. Last health check recorded in the app shows "power output level 1" and "signal strength RSSI-46". Not sure where to go to next other then to disconnect the power kit and see if that makes any difference. Suggestions?

Hi @user_e0b9c1. The Wired Doorbell Pro, formerly known as the Doorbell Pro 2, requires a transformer that provides XXXX VAC/24VDC, 10-40VA max, 50/60Hz. The 19 VAC you're getting at the wiring should be sufficient, but it's worth checking the wiring alone the circuit to make sure nothing is damaged. I'd also recommend locating where the transformer is to check that it isn't damaged either. If the transformer and wiring appear to be in good working order, the next step would be to contact our support team for further assistance.
