Ring video doorbell has gone offline

My Ring doorbell was working great and there were no issues for almost a year, but on the 7th of September, my Ring doorbell went offline. I tried everything but we are not getting the white light flashing, this ring doorbell was installed by a professional electrician, could the wires or ring doorbell be damaged due to the weather if so would I be able to have a replacement? What would I be able to do to resolve this?
