Ring Video Doorbell 2nd stuck on setup

I just purchased a ring doorbell and it seems to get stuck on set up, its says all ready to go but when i click live video it just says activating and doesnt go past this stage.. tried holding the set up button for 20 secs and reinstalled the device but still stuck on same screen.. any help would be appreciated!

    Hi there, @Dov112! When completing the initial setup process for your Video Doorbell in the Ring app, did you successfully connect to your home wifi network and complete setup? As you are seeing an option to "live view", I would assume you have completed a setup, but it's always best to ensure your device is online. Please note, following a setup is often a device update, which it is best to allow completion of before use. You can also reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
