Ring Video Doorbell 2- not holding a charge

I have charged my Ring Video Doorbell 2 on multiple occasions overnight with different USB cords matching the ring doorbell and the doorbell will not hold a charge. It is not hard wired, straight batter operated. Do I need another battery? If so; what kind and where do I get one? I read a lot of people have been complaining about ring updating their firmware? Any suggestions are appreciated to help me solve this issue! Thanks!
