Ring tone on Ring Doorbell
I am unable to disable the Christmas Ring tone on my door bell I have done all the obvious in setting. Been to tech support 3 times no luck. There is no longer the Christmas option (obviously) appreciate any help. Thank You it is a battery operated. Not hard wired.

There is two way to change this and I went crazy taking of the ghost sounds since last year. One setting through ring app going to devices and selecting alert. Second is through Alexa and selecting the device and ch find the alert/ sound settings. Good luck hope this helps

CHi @WenDale. Thank you for sharing, it’s a good idea to also check the Alexa app and make any needed adjustments to notification and alert tones there.

Hi @Bullsnbears7. What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? This Help Center article here highlights the process used to change your alert tone. Be sure you are tapping the Save Changes option.
