Ring shows online but no video
trending

I have connected everything and it shows that the device is online but I have no video at all. not sure what to do. I have done a reset, tried to set it up on a different device and still nothing. No video at all.

    I am experiencing the same problem. My camera was working fine yesterday picking up all notifications. Today nothing. Did you get any help?

      I am having the same problem. I tested my WiFi and that is good. I was getting black videos with no sound. Now I’m not getting anything at all. It was just purchased about 6 months ago.
