You will want to ensure you selected the correct chime kit type that is installed in your home as well. In addition, please check to make sure you have a compatible chime kit [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/209028546-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List).
