Ring Pro stuck in startup loop

Hello, Trying to install a ring pro and it seems that it is stuck constantly losing connection and then gong back to new setup process. Setup goes fine at first, camera, ringer work just fine, after a minute or so, the doorbell says its going to update the software, the ring blinks about 4 times and then stops. The next thing that happens is back to new setup mode (spinning white light) Also of note, it doesn't seem like it will hard reset, as it does not flash a few times like the documentation says, the light stays off for a bit and then back to setup mode Wiring looks alright and the transformer appears to be the proper type. Wifi signals are solid and for the short time it stays connected, the device health report is all good. Is there anything to try? Seems like this is probably a bad unit,

    im having the same problem. any of the support team could address this problem? I cant use my ring and its such a waste to spend money on this device and subscription!

If you're unable to set up your Video Doorbell Pro, it could be due to the wifi signal or insufficient power. First, review our [Hardwiring Checklist](https://community.ring.com/t/hardwiring-checklist-video-doorbell-pro/37520) to ensure your Doorbell Pro is properly installed and receiving sufficient power.
