Ring Peephole live video
Hi all, I can't seem to get my ring peephole cam to show live video. I tested internet & router strength, all are within recommended speeds. I am unable to move my router closer to my front door because of the cable line but I live in a small 1300 sqft. house and the router is close to the front door, just not in the same room. How can I get my ring peep cam to show anything at all on my cell phone?

Hi @SiChap. This Community article [here](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/Live-View-Not-Activating-and-Connecting-Troubleshooting-Tips/ba-p/821) has some great tips and tricks for fixing Live View issues. I would also try this with your phone on/off wifi to see if that offers any improvement. Let me know if this helps!
