Ring Peephole Camera

Had my Ring Peephole camera 2 years. All of a sudden, it quit recording video. I get alerts, but when I click to see video, I get a “no video recorded” and black screen. I went thru all the troubleshooting suggested, all tests on battery, device health, internet are in the excellent range. I am using the 2.4 hz WiFi connection, rebooted and reset the camera itself as well as my router. Can’t figure out why it is detecting motion,getting the sound alerts, but no videos? Please help!

Hi @user_e852f4. It's possible some settings may have changed on your network. Check that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your network, and try changing the router channel.
