Ring offline, No Wifi changes

Hello, My Ring stopped capturing from 09/14 and no notification on why it stopped. I see it show offline, but wifi works and no changes to wifi. I tried restarting and recharging, but couldnt get it worked. I tried reset by clicking the orange button on the back of the device. I didnt see the white spinning, How to fix this issue? Tried to reach phone and chat, no response. Appreciate any inputs on this issue.
